If the fertilizer was strong it can cause this effect also

I cut the leaf on tuesday.... but I've noticed that the pseudobulb turns a little black too... I cut it yesterday!!!
I hope this stops... or I have to sacrificate the whole plant!!!

No, This plant I get reciently and I don't fertilized yet... I repot the new plants and wait for 2 or 3 weeks... and I'm looking carefully ...
