Got this off eBay, leaf looks wrinkly with silver speckles and dents. Can anyone tell me what kind of leaf disease is this ?

My initial thought is that it could be a combination of things.

1. Check for spider mites. take a paper towel moistened with rubbing alcohol, wipe the underside and top of the leaf. Do you see any orange or red coloration? If yes, treat for spider mites (You need to use a miticide - pesticide that kills mites, because mites are not insects; not all insecticides will kill mites. There are "organic" and conventional choices.)

2. There may be some sunburn also (not sure). You can't treat this, but you can avoid future damage by growing in appropriate light levels.

could be mechanical damage, but best to check for pests just to be safe
