Mtdm. Ruffles 'Scent of a Woman' and new to me.

I actually bought this orchid yesterday at Trader Joe's for $7.99 (I know Trader Joe's may not be the coolest place to get orchids, but I have gotten several interesting varieties for very inexpensive considering that they are large blooming plants with healthy roots)! I was so excited when I got home and smelled it in the morning- it smells like a gorgeous mixture of vanilla and sugar with just a hint of lemon. Mine looks basically like the picture except that the color is more vibrant, and the picture just can't do justice to that velvety patch at the top of the labellum, and the splash of bright orange that mine has right in the middle of that velvety patch. Suffice it to say, I'm thrilled with my new acquisition...Hopefully I can use the advice listed here to keep it alive

What does anyone think of mounting this orchid? I have had several orchids whose roots rotted, so I tend to like mounting orchids since I can see the roots best that way.
