So after looking around a little myself, it seems that the only ones that really meet the requirements I set forth are the den-phal group. Fortunately, there seems to be many to choose from. I have a couple already that I use in other situations. They are pretty easy to satisfy in my climate and will be awesome in the oaks!

They go deciduous in the winter if you're talking about the species.
