If the pseudobulbs in the rear don't have a lot of good roots, it becomes dehydrated and the leaf loses strength and can fall over like that. There isn't much you can do about it but don't cut it off. It adds to the overall strength of the plant. Unfortunately it's almost impossible to rehydrate a pseudobulb in the rear of the plant from the roots in the front of the plant. You just need to give it normal cattleya care, good light and dry between waterings. I often mist new roots every day or every other day to keep them from drying out.
