keiki paste - Temps required

I ordered some keiki boost from 123seed.

In the manual it's written that 26 (79) degrees is the most optimal temp. day and night when you want keiki's.

For spiking/blooming you should use the normal day and night temps (for me 21 (70) degrees day and 18 (64) degrees night).

Other people say that just the normal conditions are ok for producing keiki's.

What temp conditions should I use (assuming that the cells are not differentiated yet)?
