Planting a Bulb Male
Default Planting a Bulb
So I hope it's okay if, just this once, I ask abut a plant which is not an Orchid! lol

I'm planting a Voodoo Lily Bulb. Directions say to plant 5-7" beneath the soil surface. Is this distance measured from the base of the corm, or from the top, because it seems pretty deep to measure from the top?

Should I use my Miracle Gro cactus mix, or even regular Miracle Gro? Or vermiculite. Would I add pumice or perlite?
