SIB Orchid

I want to report a very positive experience with SIB Orchid. They are a vendor in Thailand that recently put up a website. I was a little skeptical placing an import order online, but the risk paid off as I got some great plants for a very reasonable price ($8-12). The communication was really good, they kept in constant communication by text, sending pics of the plants prior to shipment.

Shipping was $25 and phytosanitary paperwork was another $25. All in for these 9 plants was $135.

I placed the order on my birthday (July 7) and received the orchids on July 31. They shipped on the 18th.

They look good. What's the website? When I googled "SIB Orchids" all I get are explanations of sibling crosses.

I've been out of the import game for a while - did you send them import permit labels?

I didn't have to send anything. Just paid the $25 and received the plants along with CITES and the phytosanitary certificate.

I'm Siborchid. I checked my website's backlinks and came across this community. Thank you, Eric, for your review of my website. Regarding the import permit label, if a customer orders fewer than 12 plants, there's no need import permit. about CITES and phytosanitary certificate.

I purchased from siborchids after I saw your review and also had a positive experience. Great communication and follow up. My transit time took a little longer but it did have go half way around the world (they shipped very promptly)!

I had some questions after arrival and they handled them very professionally and to my satisfaction. I would definitely order from them again (although limited to my warm northern hemisphere months).
