Thumbs down Norman's Orchids (orchids.com)

Big thumbs down for Norman's. The plants I received were much smaller than advertised, potted in badly decomposed bark, and had a large number of rotten roots. Customer service did not respond to my email. The plants are all salvageable, but I won't risk another order with Norman's.

Did you try calling them? I'd keep shooting them over e-mails and make sure to keep pictures of the condition of the plants if they respond to you late.

You are not the first person I've heard of that has had a bad experience with Normans. I've never dealt with them but I understand it can be hit or miss and that customer service isn't all that great. Good luck with your plants.
