Just received my first order from them. Over $50 received free shipping and free heat packs. I ordered a Phal Gigantea and a Phal Bellina Coerulea.

A few days after my order I received an email that unfortunately they were at an orchid show and would not be able to send out my order until the next week.

It really wasn’t a big deal, but I received my order today and there was an extra Phal Kenneth Schubert thrown in, I assume for the shipping delay.

I received healthy plants (the Bellina has the start of a spike poking through) and all tested virus free.

Last week I ordered the Miniature Phal Collection - three named phals in spike. They shipped Monday and arrived today.

Packaging was good. The spikes/blooms were wrapped, then the plants were wrapped in layers of stiff paper. Lots of paper stuffing in the box around the plants. All three plants are very healthy with 5-6 leaves and good looking roots. Only minor cosmetic/mechanical damage on a few of the leaves and no signs of pests.

I received:
Phal. Phalaenopsis Taida Smile ‘Little Gold’
Looks showroom ready with 4 open blooms and 4 buds. Very cute lime green / yellowish flowers.

Phalaenopsis phillippinensis Sp.
Looks very healthy and I love the mottled foliage. The blooms are beginning to fade but that's fine.

Phalaenopsis Taida King Caroline ‘Taida Little Zebra’ AM/AOS
Adorable. Round leaves and lots of wild roots. Flowers traveled well.

I'm very pleased with the varieties selected and the quality of the plants.

Dimples, I ordered the Mini Phal Collection yesterday and am hoping I get nice selections, too. After I ordered the collection it went out of stock.

The orchids I received were:
Phal. Liu's Berry Orchid House
Phal. Ox Little Prince
Phal. Taida Smile Little Gold
All potted in sphagnum.

Ox Little Prince was in bloom when I received it but it started going downhill quickly, dropping leaves. Sent an email and received a replacement. Since they were out of stock of Little Ox I was told I would get a substitution. Was happy that they were willing to replace the Little Prince but was sent another Liu's Berry Orchid House.
Taida's leaves started turning yellow and slowly falling off and the last two leaves, which were still green, fell off yesterday. I'm thinking it has/had crown rot. The roots look fine. I'm assuming it won't have any new growth now but is there a slim chance that it can somehow be saved?
Both of the Liu's are doing well. I'm considering moving them out of the sphagnum and putting them into a bark mixture.
I have other Phals. in sphagnum and they are doing fine so have no idea what went wrong with the Taida since it initially seemed to be OK. Maybe it was just a "sick" plant to begin with.
