Christensonia vietnamica is a small sized, renanthera like, climbing species.
The flowers is about 1" in diameter and will last about 2 weeks.

They do not stand direct sunlight, but without sufficient sun exposure, they don't bloom. As a matter of fact, i grow them like other vandas or cattleyas.

Christensonia vietnamica is a relative new species found in southern Vietnam.
Recently, it is used to create new hybrids with other monotypic species, such as Neo. falcata or Aerides species.
