Hello, i purchased ne noID vanda and the crown seems wigly. When I move the plant the top leaves wiggles from the center. Is this means that the crown is broken?

Yes. Most likely it was damaged somewhere along the way.

I would request a replacement.

Ph it was a dicount vanda at huge home depot store ao they are not gonna replace my vanda sadly... I hope it’s just wiggly and not completely broken as it stays in tact even if I try to pull a little on wiggly leaves. Maybe it will heal and will still produce leaves from the top? Also if it is broken in what time I will see a decline in top part?

If it's completely broken, you should start to see the upper part wilt in a few days. If it is just cracked, but vascular tissues is still connected, the best thing you can do is find a way to "splint" it so it won't wobble any more. It may abort the top part, but start a new growth front from the side of the "core", near the top.

Probably, so don't do that.
