Default Aerangis kirkii (no 2)

I'm just posting this in an evil attempt to draw more of you into the fabulous world of angs. No credit to me for the blooms. This one, imo is a particularly elegant aerangis, with delicate, thin inflorescence and nice pointed petals. The fragrance is really fresh, not unsimilar to neofinetias.

IMO, everyone should try their hand at these fantastic species and hybrids!

Absolutely gorgeous, Calvin!

Perhaps you and Ross (and others) might make suggestions as to what would be a good Angraecoid to start with?

Calvin,

They are beautiful blooms......thanks for posting the photo.

Your attempt to seduce me into the realm of growing Angraecoids has certtainly heightened my desire to do so. Thanks!

Thanks for the comments

Yvan - I'd go with aerangis biloba if you're looking for aerangis species that are more forgiving. As for angraecums, haven't had much success but Ross has some nice ones blooming

David - always happy to enable

I think that your 'evil attempt' to get more people into Angs is working. Yours is so gorgeous, that I might have to get an aerangis someday soon!!
