Default Problem leaves on my Phal hieroglyphica

I have a nice Phal. hieroglyphica. Problem is the leaves are "curling" upwards and two of the leaves have soft leaf-tips.

Anyone know what's going on with my Phal. I just got this plant.

Thanks.

Hmmm. Are they curled because of the manner they were packed? Otherwise, leaves growing in strange directions could be a light related issue. Mine has an inverted leaf, not the most aesthetically pleasing leaf, but it doesn't seem to mind it.
Weak leaf tips could mean something root/hydration related, but really tough to say. Could you post a pic so I/we can get a visual? Doesn't sound like too much of an issue though

I wont be worried because I have seen some of the leaves of this specie form like a spoon instead of spreading flat like other Phalaenopsis leaves....the soft tip leaf is maybe mechanical damage having chaffed against rough surface
But pictures can be a great help to aid us help you

I know. 3 others have already asked for a PIC.
As soon as I can figure out how to do it, I'll post one.
