I thought I had suggestions, but turns out the places I thought might have it turned out not to ...
I wouldn't have thought it would be difficult to find. I got one a couple years ago on ebay - wasn't actually looking for it at the time, but came across it while browsing ...

You beat me to it, Bill! Krystle, when you call, you will get to talk to the most wonderful woman - Mrs. Norton. She and her husband are true treasures. You will be very happy with any orchid you purchase from them.

Found a photo of Phal. deliciosa var. Hookerii (what the Nortons are offering) over on orchidspecies. com:

Very cute.

Well, krystle, Phals have been problematic for me until recently, so this one has been languishing. First I rotted the roots, so I mounted it. Seemed to respond well initially to being mounted, but I think it's just too dry here in summer for some plants to do well mounted for me. After nearly a year of barely doing anything, a few months ago I took it off the mount and put it in a small plastic pot with styro at the bottom of the pot, and at the base of the plant, and tucked some sphag in around it. It now seems to have at least one very nice root grown since then. The best root growth it has had since I got it. Right now it's in a partially shady west-facing window. I can't really comment on if that's good light for blooming it, or not, as I need to worry about roots for now lol

I will say it has been a trouper - hasn't died on me despite having no good roots for some periods ... Usually, once I rot the roots on Phals, I have been unable to "save" the plant.

I could take a pic, but I'm afraid it wouldn't be very interesting lol - despite everything the plant doesn't look bad, just very small ...
