I grow most Bulbos in plastic trays or food containers with no drain holes. I put a layer of LECA on the bottom, then sphagnum moss. I use RO or rain water otherwise minerals would build up quickly....

Note that this is an orchid species. The second name should not be capitalized: Phalaenopsis bellina. Names of hybrids are capitalized: Phalaenopsis bellina x Phal. violacea is Phal. Samera.
