I don't think it will be an issue with any of those mentioned, especially since they'll dry off quickly. My point in mentioning Roberta's location is that plenty of epiphytes tolerate cold dew.

I don't grow under lights now. I think people tend to use a daylength of 8-11 hours in winter. Many plants are triggered to flower by longer nights, and short nights prevent them from blooming.

It's not any harder to grow than other intergeneric Oncidium hybrids. 55% humidity is fine. It will probably grow when it gets warmer. By the way, 15 hours of artificial light is more than you need...
