Provide more light if possible. Mine grows in a small basket above the Cattleyas on the cooler side of the greenhouse. It gets watered nearly every day in the summer.

It also did not have a coconut fragrance, just the normal gardenia fragrance.

Roberta - Itís probably in a bark mix, but I canít be sure.
Even after removing the fern fronds, those thick roots obscure the medium.

The Cattleya iricolor is a treat. Interestingly, my Cattleya perrinii has a fragrance like bologna as well.
