Same for mine. There is sometimes very dark green near the end of the leaves toward the stem when the light is low (like this time of year) but basically, leaves are pretty solid purple.

Epiphylums come in incredible colors. They do tend to get large, and alas the flowers only last for about two days at best. But the flowers are as big as dinner plates like 8 -10 inches (20-25 cm)....
