Brown spot on leaf of cattleya

Like the title says, my cattleya has a strange brown spot on its leaf. Even though it gets lots of light, I don't think it's sunburn. I have two others, and they're doing fine

Repotting blooming dendrobium

I just received a new dendrobium. It looks great but its been potted in coco door and its in bloom. Would it be ok to depot it in bark or should I wait for it to finish blooming. I'm just worried...

Rotting pseudo bulb

I have an oncidium with a rotting pseudo bulb. It's rotting but still has nice green leaves. Should I wait until the leaves die or just cut it off now.
P.s. It just started new growth.

Hi. I have several species of orchids including cattleyas, dendrobiums, and phalaenopsis. They're potted in an 80/20% of bark and sphagnum. The humidity is between 60 and 70 rh.
