I agree with the others. Cut back on the fertilizer a little and try to give them nice bright low light for as much of the day as possible. Some sheer curtains can do wonders.

While your other phals have adapted to your conditions, they are definitely COLD for most phals. Unless you start seeing it more often, I’d assume it’s just a plant that wants to be warmer.
