Hi, I’d like some advice on seedling nobiles during winter. Do they need a full winter rest? I am worried there is a fair bit of guttation (“happy sap”) and I wonder if I’m giving it too much water...

Yes I’m watering every few days I’m in Melbourne Australia. I am fertilising weakly every few weeks. Mechanical damage sounds about right btw!
