Some advice, please. I finally got the roots long enough to pot and take outside. The roots are soft and mushy! I had to cut them all off and start again. I don't know if they will grow out again....

I am new too but I think if you get a 20oz soda bottle and cut the top off and put big holes in it would help. You would need to buy orchid bark.
