Exclamation Eulophia deflasking - black spots on leaves, slimy

Hi, I just ordered a bunch of seedlings:

Eulophia guineensis x Eulophia andamanensis

The previous owner had grown them in agar and charcoal. He deflasked prior to shipping from Florida to California. The plants arrived with blackish and brown spotting on the leaves, slimy to the touch.

I'm wondering if it is a fungus. So I have sprayed them thoroughly with an antifungal and potted each in sphagnum moss hoping the seedlings can beat the spotting.

How bad is this? Can anyone recommend any further ways to treat the plants? I have removed the leaves affected and plan to continue to treat with the antifungal when misting/watering.

I really have NO experience with this orchid but it looks to me
as if it maybe got too much moisture in the crowns of all of them and they are rotting. The roots look good tho so maybe they can be saved. I think it is good that you cut off the affected leaves but I would make sure to keep any water out of any crowns. Maybe someone else can chime in here....Jean

I think you should cut of the infected leaves, I grow mine in normal garden soil. n have quineensis and never had any trouble with them they are really strong. They go dormant in winter. Otherwise the tots and bulbs look good, I think they will survive
