If you can, spray them with 10 drops/lt of some Beneroc junior from bayer each weak until they re completely rooted.
Oh, not to worry. That picture was literally from minutes after taking them out of the flask. By now the humidity dome is off, and they are in 75% humidity. I'm watering them lightly and infrequently, and the larger ones all seem to be doing well.
