Angraecum Distichum Division by Offsets?

OK ive been told that you can propagate Angraecum Distichum by cutting of pieces of it is this true? if it is then how do i do it? i have had a plant for 3 years now and its grown considerably! its got one new growth coming up from the medium and several offshoots from the main two Growths! it blooms regularly. i would like to round the plant out, if you would like pics i can post them for you. Its also been in the same small maybe 1 inch pot its been in since i got it which is July 2008. do you think it needs repotting too? its growing in small to fine bark.
