Default Reflasking protocorns

I have several flasks that have sprouted protocorns that will need to be reflasked at some point. When should this first reflasking be done?

As a disclaimer, I have only worked with Phals, but I assume at this stage most protocorms are the same. I'm not sure what you are working with.

The protocorms will start to swell and grow and at some point the bottom side will get fuzzy with root hairs. I try to replate then or just before. Since some will grow faster than others, you'll have them in all different stages. After this stage they grow tiny leaves and roots, so you need to get them done before that.
