Some black roots
 

Some of my s/h orchid looks okay green roots while some got yellowing leaves and black mushy roots... What should I do why did it happened?

Give more info on temp, were any new roots or growths emerging? Which species/hybrid? Might just be that some don't like s/h and new roots will need to grow in

How long have they been in S/H?
