My new Monnierara Millenium, Magic Witchcraft. Any Tips!?

I received this orchid about a month ago wit a flowering stem about 2 inches in growth. Everything looks good so far. Was wondering if anyone had any useful tips for me as i am newer to orchid growing. Thank you!

I don't grow this, just some Cyncnoches/Cyncnodes and I have found that the real key is not letting them rot while they are dormant. Any way that you achieve this is a good way of growing them. I do things a bit differently but it works well for me. However, this is good information from the expert:
