Help identifying new growth on Psychopsis Mendenhall pls

Got this recently and noticed this tiny little new growth starting this morning. No clue what it could be but it's spotted like the leaves so I'm thinking maybe a new pbulb. Thanks in advance for any help :)

It could be anything right now, I had a growth that was spotted so I figured it was a new psuedobulb. It turned out to be a spike!
