New Phal Keikeis what should I pot them in orchid bark or water culture

This keikei is in water culture it has lost all it main roots from the mother plant but has grown two new roots not very big yet so my question is should I plant it in orchid bark or leave it in the water culture for a while longer to have the roots grow larger

I would wrap spagh moss around it, set it in a small pot right by your kitchen sink. Then spray it every day with water to keep it moist and let the roots grow. Then when they get a bit bigger I would pot it in a bark mix in a very small pot till they get much bigger and going from there.
