What is this leaf growing on my orchids flower spike?
 

Does anyone know what it could be? I thought it might have been a keiki, but now I don't think so because it is just one single leaf, then the flower spike continues to grow. Is it the start of a keiki growth of some sort? Has anyone has this happen to their orchid?

I have something like this. It is normal flower spike with one leaf. I called it flower spike with a flag :)

I was a normal flower spike with flowers and it's wasn't different from other :)

Thanks that's good to know, it is the first time that my orchid finally starting growing new flower spikes! So I'm intrigued to learn more :) thanks for your reply

I had that happen when I tried a bit of keiki paste. It grew a small leaf and then turned into a flower spike, maybe that's what's happening here.
