Is this a keiki? (Dendrobium)

I just found out that part of what I thought was just a stem on my Dendrobium Cretaceum x Anosmum has grown pretty long roots - my vision is poor, so I didn't notice it until now, as I thought it was just part of the stem it is attached to. I've attached a picture. Is this a keiki?
