Sheila, the come from inside the base of the leaf, where it joins the pseudobulb. Congrats on your oncidium! I can't get them to do anything for me.

Congrats on the Oncidium! Mine has also done nothing but grow for me. I'm having much more luck with my Catts, Phals and Dends.
