PVC plant stand & shade house

I was just searching on the net on how to make some PVC staging, and this is what I found!

Plant lighting system:
How to Build a Plant Lighting System

Plant stand:
Jiffy Plant Stand

and the shade house that I nearly paid AUD$2000:
free pvc greenhouse plans

I just thought I would share with everyone on the OB, it is such a cheap and effective solution!
No nailing required!

I am so happy :cheer: ! I want to eventually build my own shade house!:cheer:

Fantastic!!! Had my leg amputated last January and have limited mobility, so I built a "hut" to cover with shade cloth for my orchids that isn't too heavy. The links have given me all kind of ideas now!

Thanks for the links again!

To help keep it in place while windy, I wonder if filling the bottom PVC pipes around the base in addition to filling half of all verticle supports that connect to the base, would help with rigidity. At least without compromising too much support... As all added weight would be low.
