Winter Wonderland 'White Fairy' Degarmoara with white balls roots

I am wondering if you know what is causing my orchidae to produce many small balls which look like small round seeds in the roots. Thank you for your advice. My orchid really needs the best help she can get!

Welcome to OB! :)

Do you have photos so we can better assist you?

Pictures would be nice to better help you. I am guessing it is a slow time release fertilizer. Does it look like green caviar/fish eggs?

Or sometimes growing medium includes small white stones called perlite that absorb water and help keep the humidity up.

My first thought was that they could be the fruiting bodies of one of the root rot fungi.

It is likely not caused by eel worm as this is very rare but it might be worth googling if it the roots themselves are swelling and it isn't just a growth on the roots.
