Problems With Dracula Erythrochaete

I bought a great looking Dracula Erythrochaete at AOS show in February. Since getting it home it has slowly gone downhill. I am growing it under a 400 watt metal halide in a grow room. It is about 3 feet away from the lamp. The humidity is between 70-100% constantly. I also have two fans circulating the air 24/7. The temp. is between 24c.during the day and about 12c. at night. I water it every two days with spring water or rain water that I collect.....before this I was using well water which I found to have a lot of calcium in it. The plant has begun browning of leaf tips and dying back. The last growth is only about 3 inches tall and has now sent out four new shoots that seem fairly thin and lifeless. I also think the poor thing has a fungus on the older leaves which show up as brown spots. Am I giving it too much light, not enough light....should I treat the brown spots or just cut them off and hope for great new growth down the road. I would feel terrible to loose the plant! Need Advice SOON :(

I don't grow this plant but here is a link from past questions on it that may help you out. http://www.orchidboard.com/community...aete-care.html
