Paph moquettianum
Here's one we just picked up last month at Cloud's, it's been blooming for a couple weeks at least.

Great growing! I saw that at a orchid show one time. I almost bought it, but bought 2 other instead.

moquettianum is the 'big form' of this group. I don't know if it is really a separate species or not, but they are consistently huge.

Yes I agree, The moquettianum I saw was much bigger than the other cochlosepalum

Thanks everyone, they are worth adding to the collection, for sure. Apparently they flower for months to! The flower is a little over 4 inches wide and the lip is two inches long and this is just it's first flower. It will be interesting to see how big the flower will get when it's a larger plant. |
