Here's a look at some of my Paphs in bloom this Monday. Hope you ENJOY them..... Jim.
1. Paph. Lunacy (P. Hallas X P. Skip Bartlett). I'm going to give you this one with two different backgrounds see what one you like. 2. Paph. sukhakulii. 3. NoID. But it sure is impressive. |
They're gorgeous. I do have to say I like the black background best on lunacy, it shows off the pastel colors wonderfully. Your NoID is not exactly impressive, it's AWESOME!

Oh beautiful! Re: the Paph. Lunacy - both pics are fantactic and I love the way the different backgrounds bring out slightly different colours. However, like Zoi2/ Joann, the sligtly purple-grey as a result of the black background just edges ahead for me :)

It all depends on which one you are bringing to the Illinois show for me....:biggrin: If I tell you the first one, does that mean I get the other????:rofl::rofl:
Well, light colored flower stands out better with the dark background..... and the light background shows off the purple better... so just bring both of them on the 26th!!!! |
Well Howard you can see it at the Illinois show but it will be roped off, it will be in the BOS display, hopefully with a ribbon on it.... Jim.

A good Monday, Jim. Thanks for sharing your lovely blooms.

that noid is very impressive! |
Wowie Jim!! I love them all
I wish my paphs would get a move on. I've had alot of new growth since the fall - I want blooms now please.gif Regards, Gloria :D |
Great Paphs! The noid looks super nice with all those spikes.
|
What a NoID!! I only have one paph that I purchase in December. It is a young plant but is pushing out a 2nd new leaf and growing a 2nd fan since I got it. It is inspiring to see how plants can turn out under the hands of experienced growers.
