One Yellow Spot on Phal Leaf
 

Hi! I recently noticed that one of my phal orchids has a yellow spot about the size of a quarter on one of its leaves. The middle of this spot is a little thinner than the rest of the leaf. The other leaves all look ok.

I did a little research and found pictures of leaves with sunburn, but this doesn't look like those pictures. Any ideas?
