P.Deedmannianum + 1
A very old cross is Deedmannianum but very reliable. It usually flowers later in the year for me but nothings flowering when it used to or should do these days.
The budded plant is a seedling P. Conco-bellatulum. http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t...k/DSCN1383.jpg http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t...k/DSCN1391.jpg |
I really like the color of it Roy. It is a cross of Paph. (chamberlainianum x spicerianum)

Beautiful bloom, and I love the mottling on the leaves. Thanks for the pics.

Wow Roy...that Deedmannianum is one of the most beautiful photos I've seen of this primary hybrid!
Thanks for sharing itwith us! I bet if you could photograph it with a nice background, it could be a good candidate for the calendar next year. |
Wow! The coloring on the Deedmannianum is incredible! I've never seen this hybrid before. Very, very nice!

I'll try for the better photo David. Time is short, my wife is in hospital in a not too well condition & I'm away from home a lot.
