Beautiful hybrid, a perfect example of how a cabbage orchid look like:D! The flower is 7" across (the petal, in the vertical axis, is as broad as 3"!!). Intensely perfumed!
Interesting, it is not a complex hybrid (second generation): Lc. Canhamiana x Cattleya mendelii.

(Sorry, the correct name in the title is Lc. Chyong Guu Swan 'Ruby Lip')

This plant correct name is Lc. Chyong Guu Swan 'Ruby Lip'
 

Sorry for the mistake. I bought this plant when it was still a seedling and the nursery must have made some mistake at the occasion sending me the this one instead of Lc. Excelsior. I should have paid more attention to the very small splashes in the petals (much larger in Lc. Excelsior). Sorry again.
