Hallo all from Czech republic from begginer. Is someone nearby? I live in Praha (Prague) and just on start, collecting infomation (just testing, if I am able plant orchids) :waving

Welcome to the OB. I am a world away from you but this forum allows us to seem much closer :biggrin: . Do you have any orchids yet? If you don't it won't be long before you are addicted to them :drool: . You will learn much from all the people here they have a world of knowldege and are very friendly and they love :photo: lots of :photo: . Don't be afraid to ask questions :scratchhead: because there will always be someone to help answer those questions.

Yes, I have cca 5 plants. Encyclia cochleata, Haemaria discolor, Miltonia "Red Tight", then one Appendicula species and two unknown name (gift).
I have problems with Appendicula (losing leaves) and also that no of my plants doesn't preapre blossoms. Probably due light. That's what I expect from OB - advises, new ideas, tips.
