Yellowing bulb on Monn. Millenium Magic Witchcraft
 

Hi all
I noticed the bulbs on my Monn. are yellowing on the bottom. Is this normal?

Are you watering it while dormant?

Could be normal or it could be the smaller bulb is about to be abosorbed.

Good question! That little plant shouldn't see water for months.

Nope! I repotted it back in Feb and it was growing nicely. Still no water, just dry spagh. Now this yellowing has me concerned. The roots dont look super great either, kind of skinny and yellow too. Not too vigorous looking. Could it have been too much direct morning/early afternoon sun windowsill? I have it under LEDs now just in case.

Edit. I went to take a look and discovered a SECOND growth!
I now tend to think the old bulb energy is just being drained due to the two growing bulbs? Thoughts?

The new roots are the only ones that matter now. They look good. Sun might be the issue.
