Ctsm. tenebrosum x callosum

Catasetum tenebrosum x callosum is a new primary hybrid from Fred Clarke. This is a first bloom and I have to say I’m pretty excited! Absolutely beautiful!

Wow! That's spectacular. I really like the open shape. What size pot is it in?

That's a really interesting shape and I like the dark and broody colouring.

KaBOOM...what an interesting bloom. Saw the nice hanging apparatus from your YouTube video. Making great use of household items.

most excellent!

i would also like to see the setup there, appears to be smallish hanging pots?

also, what are those fat buds peeking into the first pic on the top left??

I'm so jealous!! This is the plant that I have said is behind. Now that spike has died on me.

Great looking flower. Guess I will have to wait until fall for mine.

But how is the smell??

Clawhammer 06-16-2020 02:44 PM

I have the same, my bloom only lasted two weeks. Slight spicy fragrance. Second spike coming now
