Hi From France
Hi,
I am new to the forum and I live in France. I am relatively new to orchids as well. I have 5 ; a promnea sunlight, a minature phal, a cattalaya, a dendrobium atkatuski (sorry for the bad spelling) and a cool growing minature that I lost the tag for. I find orchids so fascinating and the cattalaya and the promnea are new. The others I have had for a while and have never been able to get the minature and the dendrobium to rebloom. But that's ok, i have hope as they both are trying to produce kekeis. So someday maybe. Anyway, thanks for having me! Melannie |

Welcome to Orchidboard Melannie!
I am also a Frenchie, but living in the Netherlands. I hope we can help you figure out why your Phal and Den are not blooming, usually the problem is not enough light. |
Welcome to the Orchid Board, Melannie!

Welcome, Melannie.:)
If you don't mind, where do you live in France? |

Welcome Melannie. Love your name. And you will love OrchidBoard. So much to learn here from all the long-time growers.

I too just joined and I am in France - Nice. New to orchids, but not to plants, and trying out epiphytes on the trees of my courtyard back garden - just bought a selection to see how they do. Winters around 10C at night, summer highs usually below 30C. Dry summers, rain October/November mostly. Love to trade experiences with anyone in similar locations.
