The Cattleya today has three buds open! Such a pretty color. so vibrant!

Also in bloom is a cascade of pink Dendrobiums, which were given to me by a neighbor, some white Dendrobiums NOID, and my Marfitch Howard's Dream that I found a bird nest in, with two tiny birds inside!

Wow they look beautiful! Great about the baby birds natural bug protection.

The THRILL of an orchid with a birds nest in it! Are they humming birds? Will you keep us updated? Ooh, I love that white and purple dend!

WOW, tha Catt is FABULOUS. What a lovely surprise to find birds in your orchids. Makes me long for a warmer climate. It is a strictly indoor venture here in Scotland. Unless you really like slugs. And root rot.

If you don't mind my asking, what kind of medium is your dendrobium in?

Highland the dends are in orchid bark with a little sphagnum moss to help hold some moisture.
