Default Looking for a US vendor for cork bark

If this is the wrong forum for this thread I'm sure one of the mods will move it where it better fits.
I am searching the internet for cork bark vendors and am coming up with few choices. Anyone mounting plants on cork who would like to share a source, I sure would appreciate it.
Thanks in advance.

Do you have any decent pet stores in your area? Cork bark is a common decoration in reptile cages.

Reptile store is a great idea. If you don't have one handy, an Amazon search for "Cork bark for orchids" turned up quite a few sources:

That's a great 8dea. We go to Petsmart a lot. I'll look there. Thanks.

Marylandcork.com is pretty much the sole importer of virgin cork to the US.

You have to buy a fairly large box, but it gives you lots of size options and material to be shared with others.

Try Kelly's Korner (orchid supplies). I have seen them with a box of cork at several orchid shows.

Dusty- Contact Carlos Cahiz @ OFE International in Homestead, FL. He usually has some. I bought a really huge piece from him a couple of years ago specifically for my Epi. ciliare.
