An additional thought with regard to the "pot later" scenario... now that you have a fair idea of when it starts to root (like maybe 3 months ago), put a tag in the plant with a date like January- 2023 as a reminder to deal with it then.

I checked out images of Hawaiian Lighting Fiesta on the net, and I would have to say those are close, if not perfect, matches.

Also be sure that each division has at least 3 pseudobulbs that are firm and green. (Leafless or burned leaves is OK, they're still reserves) 4 or 5 is better. Small divisions tend to be weak... so you want to give each piece the strength that comes from bulk.
Given that these two posts suggest the same thing, I am going to wait until next January, and repot then.

I also noticed a new pseudobulb forming, so I very loosely tied a string around that and intend to work my way back along that lead at least four or five pseudobulbs and make a division when I repot.

Thanks for the tip on the burned/leafless pseudobulbs. If there are any in the string that I choose for division, I will leave them.

Thanks to everyone for their tips.

Another thought... if you have a lead escaping over the side of the container, you can put a pot with medium under it... it may root into that additional pot, then when you divide and cut that area loose, that piece will already be established in its new pot.
