Default Another crowded pot, medium change?

All these growth just love the wrong side heha!!!
This time she is a "seeding" of Sharry baby in 2" nursery pot. With this new growth nowhere to grow should I go up to a 3"? It currently is in all moss. Should I try S/H with it? Bark mix? Or stay with moss?

this one unlike the other one has plenty of room and the pot is so soft the bulb will be able to push it outwards several cm's.

It looks happy where it is and can probably stay in this pot for at least a year.

ps the smell is great, mine has bloomed from beginning of october till now, still smellt it yesterday but the flowers are fading by now

Sharry Baby is a beast of a grower, one of the fastest growing of Oncidium hybrids. Depending on your conditions it could grow all year. You could repot now or you could wait for the new growths to mature. It is easy to grow in any medium.

Beast I agree but it doesn't seem to be any faster growing than my oncidium Twinkles.

It's just 10 times bigger.

Granted if you can get several growth directions then the plant will produce several bulbs simultateously but that is with any well established oncidium so that statement is misleading to me.

Just like claiming that a phalaenopsis can grow 12 leaves in a year.
